Job Summary


The Human Resource Personnel is responsible for supporting the organization's people management functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, supports employees throughout the employment lifecycle, and contributes to building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations, warnings, and other employment documents.
Support compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions.
Support staff training programs, learning initiatives, and capacity-building activities.
Prepare basic HR reports and provide data for management decision-making.
Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and employee experience.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 3 years' experience in an HR support or generalist role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Resident in Warri, Delta State and environs.
