About the Role


This is a full-time hybrid role for a People and Operations Specialist based in Abuja, with the flexibility to work from home on assigned days. Responsibilities include managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management, and supporting day-to-day operations. The role requires fostering a positive workplace culture, improving operational workflows, and assisting in strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.


What You'll Do


Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Design seamless onboarding experiences from day one
Process payroll accurately and administer benefits (PTO, leave, insurance)
Support learning & development initiatives and training coordination
Draft and maintain HR policies and ensure labor law compliance across regions
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, satisfaction) and generate insights


You might be a great fit if you have


3 - 5 years of HR or People Operations experience
Recognised HR certification (CIHRM, SPHRi, HRCI or equivalent)
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law + at least one other region
Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS, and Excel/HR dashboards
Experience in a consulting or tech firm is a plus
