Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Management, Career Development, or a related field with 2 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, people operations, career development, recruitment, employability, talent management, student services, or a related field. HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage.
