Recruitment, Selection and On-boarding
Management of the Performance Management System
Training and Development within the Business Unit(s)
Administration, Data Management and Reporting
People Management
Teamwork and Self-management
Handling of all Poor Performance and IR-related Matters


Requirements

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:


4 - 5 years' Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years
Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
Human Resources
Communication Skills (verbal & written)
Time Management
Planning and prioritisation
Administration skills
