The Nigerian Capital Development Fund (NCDF) Group Plc is recruiting to fill the position of: People & Finance Intern. The position is located in Ibadan, Oyo State. This internship role is designed for a candidate who wants practical exposure to both people operations and finance administration in a growing institutional environment. The successful candidate will support staff documentation, recruitment administration, onboarding records, payroll support, basic accounting records, payment documentation, filing, reporting and internal coordination across the Group. Interested candidates should possess a Degree / HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
