Cavista is recruiting to fill the position of: People Manager. The position is located in Town Planning Way, Ilupeju, Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Management, or related discipline; Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, HRCI (PHR/SPHR), CIPD, or an equivalent internationally recognized HR certification is preferred with 810 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 4 years in or People Manager role; Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
