Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Run end-to-end recruitment from kickoff to offer
Source and nurture global pipelines
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Manage candidate communication and experience
Partner with hiring managers on scoping, planning, and offers
Maintain and optimise the ATS, ensuring workflow accuracy
Use automation tools to reduce repetitive TA tasks
People Operations & HR Administration
Act as the day-to-day contact for our Employer of Record (EoR) and keep employee information up to date
Help resolve basic employee queries and ensure smooth, compliant workflows in Deel
Maintain organised HR documentation (contracts, changes, onboarding info)
Handle simple admin updates such as notifying Finance about salary changes and preparing standard letters
Maintain accurate HRIS records and data quality
Support HR processes and daily operational needs
Collaborate on policy updates and procedural documentation
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Own onboarding logistics and processes
Coordinate global onboarding journeys with hiring managers
Maintain onboarding documentation and task management
Implement onboarding workflow improvements and automations
Systems, Tooling & Automations
Improve connectivity between ATS, HRIS, and onboarding tools
Support systems optimisation initiatives and upgrades
Partner with Operations on workflow design and improvements
Requirments
Experience in a SaaS or global high-growth startup
Proven end-to-end recruitment capability
Strong HR administration experience, including contracts and HRIS
Onboarding coordination and improvement experience
Ability to work across People Ops + Talent Acquisition
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
Ability to build and improve no-code/low-code automations
Experience working with an Employer of Record (e.g., Deel) and supporting global employment workflows
High organisational discipline and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in a global, distributed environment
