Key Responsibilities
Design and manage PMS frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Cascade organizational goals into departmental and individual objectives.
Coordinate performance planning and appraisal cycles.
Train managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Identify productivity and engagement trends and recommend improvements.
Support managers in addressing underperformance and recognizing high performers.
Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative performance management solutions.
Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and line managers to ensure effective implementation.
Leverage digital tools, HRIS, Excel, and analytics platforms for performance tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 - 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in performance management.
Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and/or 9-Box Grid.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or HRIS analytics.
Ability to translate business strategy into measurable performance objectives.
SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or similar certification is an advantage.
