The Performance Marketing Associate will own the day-to-day operations of Moringa's performance marketing activities — running, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels on a daily basis. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a well-rounded performance marketer who is comfortable managing the full breadth of daily performance marketing tasks — from campaign setup and budget monitoring to reporting and funnel tracking — to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Campaign Operations
Own the day-to-day setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others) in line with admissions and revenue targets.
Conduct daily checks on campaign health — pacing, spend, delivery, and performance — and make or flag optimizations as needed.
Support the creation of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign copy in collaboration with the creative and product marketing teams.
Produce daily/weekly performance reports, flagging issues or opportunities to the Manager.
Manage day-to-day advertising budget tracking and pacing across platforms.
Run and document A/B tests and experiments, feeding learnings into the Paid Media Playbook.
Content & Calendar Support
Support execution of the content marketing strategy in line with brand and business goals.
Help maintain and update the Moringa School Content Calendar, ensuring timely posting across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Draft and coordinate campaign messaging, visuals, and copy for review and approval.
Stay current on digital trends and share ideas for new content approaches.
SEO & Digital Optimization Support
Support keyword research and basic on-page SEO optimization for web content.
Assist with technical SEO audits under guidance from the Manager or product team.
Apply SEO best practices when setting up campaigns and content.
CRM & Conversion Funnel Operations
Manage daily marketing automation workflows and CRM data entry/tracking.
Monitor lead behaviors and conversions on an ongoing basis, flagging funnel drop-offs for follow-up.
Coordinate with the admissions team daily to help ensure a smooth lead-to-conversion handoff.
Copywriting & Campaign Support
Draft copy for email, display ads, and landing pages, aligned with brand messaging guidelines.
Support brand-aligned messaging efforts under the direction of the Manager.
Desired Skills & Qualities:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with demonstrated ability to manage daily campaign operations independently.
Strong, well-rounded working knowledge across performance marketing activities — paid social, paid search, budget management, reporting, and funnel tracking.
Strong Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and daily budget/pacing management.
Comfortable working with data and translating it into simple, actionable daily/weekly reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to independently juggle multiple live campaigns and daily tasks.
Basic understanding of SEO, CRM tools, and email automation platforms.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in managing recurring operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
