A fast-scaling, globally focused ecommerce brand is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with exceptional Meta Ads expertise to join its high-performance marketing team. This is a role for someone who understands paid Meta at a deep level and knows how to turn performance marketing into measurable growth.
Operating across multiple international markets with meaningful ad spend, this environment is built for someone who thrives on testing, optimisation, and understanding what drives customer conversion. Beyond campaign performance, success in this role comes from understanding funnels, buying psychology, and the customer journey from click to purchase.
Working closely with senior leadership and creative teams, you'll play a key role in refining messaging, improving conversion, and scaling campaigns that deliver results. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is the core focus of this role, with opportunities to expand into broader paid channels over time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta platforms for multiple international markets
Optimise campaigns against key performance metrics such as acquisition cost, margin efficiency and overall return
Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns, products and regions to maximise performance
Continuously analyse campaign, funnel and product performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Translate performance data into clear actions that improve conversion and scale revenue
Work closely with creative teams to identify high-performing messaging, hooks and formats
Contribute to structured testing frameworks for ads, audiences and landing experiences
Optimise product pages and funnels for different regions based on performance insights
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and UTM structures across all campaigns
Leverage AI tools to analyse data, identify patterns and improve campaign efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve marketing performance through systems thinking
Stay close to global ecommerce and paid media trends to continuously refine strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years' experience in paid media or media buying, with strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns with meaningful ad spend
Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, customer journeys and conversion optimisation
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Understanding of ecommerce dynamics and buying psychology
Exposure to Google Ads is advantageous, with willingness to expand into additional channels over time
Experience using AI tools in a marketing or analytical context is highly beneficial
