JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
Assist with documentation, reports, and record keeping
Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
Run official and occasional personal errands as required
Maintain confidentiality at all times.


SALARY: ₦150,000 monthly
