The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily activities and confidential business matters.
Key Responsibilities
Managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Assisting with personal errands, appointments, and other day-to-day personal tasks as assigned.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintaining confidential records and sensitive information.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Running work-related errands and providing general administrative support as required.
Performing any other duties assigned by the executive in line with business needs and any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
