Job Description
Driving & Transportation Duties:
Safely transport the principal to meetings, appointments, and events.
Plan efficient routes using knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is consistently clean, fueled, and regularly serviced.
Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checks on tires, fluids, and lights).
Maintain compliance with all local traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Run necessary business and personal errands (e.g., banking, document deliveries, shopping).
Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and send timely reminders.
Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
Handle basic administrative tasks, including expense tracking, organizing receipts, and updating logs.
Exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the principal's schedule and private information.
