REQUIREMENTS :
Secretarial Diploma or Equivalent (1-2 year post school qualification).
Minimum 3 years' clerical/administrative experience in rendering a support service to senior management.
Knowledge of the relevant legislation/policies/ prescripts and procedure; Basic financial administration. Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge of financial systems eg, BAS and PERSAL will be an advantage.
Sound Planning and organising skills; Communicate effectively (written and verbally), Advanced typing skills.
Compile presentations, Supervisory skills.
