Responsibilities


Personal Assistant to the Head of School on all academic matters
Supervise all academic structures, activities, within the school
Work hand in hand with the Academic Office to ensure all structures are strictly adhered to.
Giving report to the management on all anomalies relating to academics.
Keeping reminders, attending to visitors, and giving prompt report to the Head of School on daily routine & itinerary.


Requirements


Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND, in Management, Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related fields from reputable institutions.
Must possess at least 1 year cognate experience working as a Personal Assistant.
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
