Core Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day personal support to the Principal
Execute personal and professional errands promptly and efficiently
Manage appointments, reminders, and light scheduling coordination
Liaise effectively with household staff to ensure seamless domestic operations
Accompany the Principal when required
Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
Anticipate needs and take initiative while respecting boundaries
Maintain structured reporting and updates as instructed
Candidate Profile:
Male, young, smart, and well-groomed and educated graduate
A Fresh graduate or experienced individual
Naturally respectful, service-driven, and structured
Articulate and eloquently spoken
Basic working knowledge of computers, smartphones, and common digital tools (non-technical role)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to immerse smoothly within a private household environment
Comfortable working within a clearly defined chain of command
Emotionally mature and adaptable
