MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Proven PA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager experience
A valid Driver's License
Proficient In MS Office Suite
Strong follow-through and proactive communication
Comfortable coordinating across multiple people and functions
Some accounting / financial admin exposure (bank statements, basic reconciliations, invoice tracking)
Able to support the Accounts function when required
Organised, grounded, and emotionally steady
Comfortable in a family-business environment
Comfortable using digital tools and AI to improve efficiency, follow-through, and organisation (openness to AI is essential)
