Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, correspondence, and day-to-day tasks with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the principal.
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Run errands and handle personal tasks as needed.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the principal.
Coordinate events, meetings, and other engagements.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office/personal operations.
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., in Office Administration or Executive Assistance) will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Victoria Island, Lagos.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
