The Role
We are seeking a highly smart, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, computer literate, quick-thinking, witty, and capable of solving problems independently.
This role requires someone who can think on their feet, manage confidential matters, and act with discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) on behalf of the CEO.
Draft reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Screen and prioritize calls, and requests.
Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely completion.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital & physical).
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare travel documents and expense reports.
Ensure seamless coordination of logistics for events and meetings.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and act proactively.
Identify issues early and provide practical solutions.
Handle urgent matters with minimal supervision.
Exercise sound judgment in decision-making when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information.
Handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
Represent the CEO professionally in internal and external interactions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of School Certificate (WAEC/NECO) or OND only.
At least four (4) credit passes in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.
No BSc or HND required.
Strong computer literacy is mandatory.
Must be proficient in the full range of Microsoft Office tools: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
Basic document formatting and report preparation skills
