You'll explore:


Secured and Unsecured Credit Operations
Regulatory environments such as Debt Review, Deceased Estates, and Insolvent Estates
Debt Care Centre
Operational support areas like Business Transformation, Supplier and Risk Governance, and Data and Analytics

Qualifications


A Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a field aligned to operations, credit or risk. The Postgraduate Diploma must be preceded by a Degree in a relevant field
BA/ BCom/ BEng/ BSc/ LLB


Relevant fields of study include:


Operations Management or Business Operations
Credit Management or Banking or Financial Services Operations
Risk Management or Operational Risk
Industrial Engineering (process or operations‑focused)
Business Administration (operations‑focused)


Acceptable fields (only if accompanied by a minimum of Honours/ Postgraduate Diploma in the above relevant fields):


Accounting
Law
Economics
Honours to be completed by 31 December 2026
The programme is best suited to graduates whose studies focused on operational processes, governance, controls and working within regulated environments.
Graduates that want to specialise in Law, Accounting or Economics will find other programmes more suitable.


Additional Information

Minimum requirements:


Must be a South African citizen.
Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12-18 months.
Matric certificate to be submitted with application.
ID copy to be submitted with application.
Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
