Are you an experienced PET Machine Technician with hands-on expertise in plastic manufacturing and PET bottle production? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our production team and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of PET production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor PET production machines to ensure optimal performance.
Set up machines according to production specifications and requirements.
Conduct routine machine inspections and performance checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine faults to minimize downtime.
Monitor heating systems, pressure settings, and mold performance.
Maintain production quality standards while achieving output targets
Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Maintain accurate production and machine performance records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
Support maintenance activities during major repairs and servicing.
Machines to Be Operated:
Semi-Auto PET Machine (172-880)
Injection Preform Machine (Haitian)
2-Stage Fully Automatic Injection Stretch Blow Machine
1-Stage Injection Stretch Blow Machine (ASB)
Requirements
OND and / or Trade Test I, II & III in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
4 - 5 years of hands-on experience operating PET production machines in a plastic manufacturing company
Strong knowledge of Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) processes
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine faults effectively
Good understanding of quality control and safety procedures
Demonstrated integrity, responsibility, and teamwork
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
