Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all animals in the store.
Oversee cash handling, banking, and daily financial reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with local laws regarding the care and sale of animals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders professionally.
Monitor and meet sales targets, KPIs, and promotional performance.
Organise educational events or in-store promotions related to pet care.
Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene according to company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory of products; place orders as required.
