Role Summary
The Commercial & Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, and leading the company's commercial operations across Nigeria.
The role requires a strategic and results-driven leader with strong experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's commercial and sales strategy.
Build and manage a nationwide distributor network.
Secure partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, and institutional buyers.
Drive growth through wholesale, retail, and pharmacy channels.
Recruit, train, and manage the commercial sales team.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Implement sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems.
Collaborate with production, finance, and regulatory teams to support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 15 years of commercial experience, with 8 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales leadership.
Proven experience managing national distribution networks and key accounts.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
