Key Responsibilities
Receive, interpret, and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
Provide appropriate patient counseling on medication use and adherence.
Maintain proper pharmaceutical records and documentation.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
Participate in stock management, ordering, and stocktaking processes.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) requirements and hospital policies.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD - Pharmacy.
Education
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
Must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
Valid practicing license.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital or busy pharmacy setting is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
