Responsibilities
Prepare and provide medications in accordance with prescriptions and standard practices.
Advise patients on the proper use of prescribed medications.
Monitor and replenish medical and pharmaceutical supplies in the pharmacy or medical stores.
Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical inventory and ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
Adhere to the Pharmacy and Poisons Board guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in community health activities like immunization campaigns or distribution of health supplies.
Handle routine documentation, such as filling out requisition forms and managing patient files where needed.
Qualifications / Work Experience
Academic Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized training institution
Professional Registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB)
Professional A valid practicing licenses
