Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and retail pharmacy operations, ensuring excellent patient care, and delivering top-tier customer service.
This role involves dispensing medications accurately, providing expert clinical advice, managing inventory—including wellness and cosmetic products—and driving community engagement.
Operating with a high degree of independence, the ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with clinical expertise and commercial awareness to support the pharmacy's growth and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
Provide professional clinical counseling to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and general wellness.
Manage and optimize retail pharmacy operations, including the promotion and stock management of wellness products and cosmetics.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong patient relationships within the community.
Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance the pharmacy's visibility and drive community health literacy.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products, and maintain meticulous records.
Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
Current and a valid Pharmacist license to practice.
Previous experience working in a community pharmacy is preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations is a distinct advantage.
Digital savvy with social media literacy is an added advantage.
Proximity to the pharmacy location is highly preferred.
