Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution.
Evidence of completion of mandatory one‑year internship in a PCN‑approved institution.
Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) Registration Certificate.
PCN Registration Number (for verification).
NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY


Indigene: Must be an indigene of Zamfara State.
NIN: Valid National Identification Number (NIN).
Age: Between 18 and 40 years at the time of application.
Fitness: Medically and physically fit for employment.
Character: No criminal record; not dismissed from public service.
Work Duties: Willing to undertake shift duties, emergency assignments, and other healthcare responsibilities.
