The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff to maintain high performance and quality service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement, stock rotation, and expiry management to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D) from a recognized institution with a valid practicing license.
3 - 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, inventory management, and quality assurance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
