RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure PPB, GDP, and SOP compliance.
Manage inventory, stock levels, storage, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry control.
Coordinate procurement, stock verification, IBTs, and discrepancy reporting.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and GRNS.
Monitor stock movements, stock counts, and slow-moving/short-expiry products.
Support sales, retail, customer service, and timely order dispatch.
Act as Branch Manager in their absence and oversee daily operations.
Maintain regulatory records and professional stakeholder relationships.
Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain operational efficiency.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in pharmacy, enrolled with PPB with a valid practice licence.
Minimum 1-year experience as a procurement officer or related position
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Knowledge of the Sage ERP desirable
