Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-
Be a Kenyan citizen.
Possess a Certificate in Psychology and Counselling from a recognized institution;
Possess a Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
