Responsibilties


Teach Physics and Technical Drawing in line with the approved curriculum and examination standards.
Plan and deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons for both subjects.
Conduct Physics laboratory experiments and Technical Drawing practical sessions while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.
Prepare detailed lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials for Physics and Technical Drawing.
Teach core Physics concepts, scientific principles, calculations, and problem-solving skills.
Instruct students on Technical Drawing principles, including drawing instruments, lettering, orthographic projection, and interpretation of technical diagrams.
Assess students through tests, assignments, practical work, and examinations.
Prepare students adequately for internal assessments and external examinations (e.g., WAEC/NECO, as applicable).
Monitor and document students' academic progress and provide targeted academic support where necessary.
Maintain and properly manage laboratory and Technical Drawing equipment and materials.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, trainings, and school-wide activities.


Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
