We are looking for a proactive Pipeline Builder to source, identify, and engage potential candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and building long-term relationships with qualified talent across multiple roles and industries.

Responsibilities:


Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest level.
Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline status updates.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.


Requirements:


Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
Proven experience building talent pipelines independently.
Strong skills in research, candidate sourcing, and passive candidate outreach.
Experience working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.
Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.
