PURPOSE:
To ensure quality products are prepared and served to customers according to SOP while delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting efficient restaurant operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service.
Grill and prepare food products according to Pedro's quality and food safety standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with menu selections and respond to customer queries professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP.
Maintain food safety standards according to SOP.
Ensure dining, cashier, and food preparation areas remain clean and organized.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience; minimum 1-year related experience required.
Customer service experience.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
