About the role
We are recruiting for a company building a contemporary Neapolitan style pizza restaurant in Nairobi with a casual atmosphere and bar. We're looking for best-in-class chefs and hospitality staff.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, working with food & beverage items, and preparing sauces.
Qualifications
Food Preparation and Cooking skills
Hygiene standards knowledge
Experience with Food & Beverage items and Sauces
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and creativity in pizza making
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is a plus
Culinary certification or relevant training is beneficial
