Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with tech companies, start-ups, and tech recruiters.
Understand employer needs and match graduates with job openings.
Prepare graduates for job applications, interviews, and assessments.
Develop job search strategies and provide career guidance.
Collaborate with instructors to tailor support to employer needs.
Track and report on job placement metrics and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, especially recruitment and talent acquisition in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of the tech industry and job market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with employers and graduates.
Passion for empowering young professionals.
