Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental / Water/ Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years, experience in wastewater, fecal sludge treatment, resource recovery, or industrial plant operations.
Proven experience in supervision and team leadership.
Experience in sales, product marketing, or business development is an added advantage.
Strong report-writing, planning, and analytical skills.
Computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the FSTP and resource-recovery facilities.
Ensure full compliance with EMCA, NEMA, WASREB, and County sanitation regulations.
Oversee process monitoring, quality assurance, laboratory coordination, and safety compliance.
Prepare operational reports and support planning and budgeting in coordination with the Director of Sanitation.
Supervise and train plant operators and production staff.
Enforce OSHA 2007 safety standards and biosafety practices.
Lead business development for compost, briquettes, and other resource-recovery products.
Identify markets, manage customers, coordinate sales, and support product branding and promotion.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and manage asset registers.
