Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, disciplined, and technically sound professionals to join our construction and operations team.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in property development and large-scale construction projects, particularly those who have worked with reputable firms such as ITB Nigeria Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Cappa & D'Alberto Plc, Vita Construction Limited, CCECC, or similar organizations.
Responsibilities
Maintain, service, and repair construction plant and heavy equipment
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs promptly
Ensure optimal performance of batching plants, loaders, generators, and other site equipment
Maintain service records and report equipment conditions
Comply with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience as a plant mechanic in construction/real estate companies
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty construction equipment
Experience with reputable construction firms is highly desirable
Ability to work independently under site conditions.
