KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate plant operations across multiple locations. Monitor equipment uptime, coding quality and customer SLAs.
Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervise technicians and support their training and development.
Control consumables, spare parts, tools and company assets.
Manage incidents, downtime and customer escalations.
Monitor operational costs and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE, customer and regulatory requirements.
Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial, Production Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of five years' relevant experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, maintenance or technical service delivery.
At least two years' experience supervising technicians or plant personnel.
Experience in multi-site or 24-hour production operations will be an advantage.
Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, packaging, industrial automation, coding and marking or related industries is desirable.
Professional certification in maintenance, project management, quality, operations or HSE will be an advantage.
