Platform Architect Commercial at The Coca-Cola Company

The Platform Architect Commercial is responsible for designing and governing scalable, secure, and integrated digital platform solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, technology strategies, and enterprise architecture standards while providing technical leadership and architectural assurance across digital initiatives. By driving platform modernisation, optimisation, and integration, the incumbent will ensure that digital solutions are resilient, high-performing, and capable of supporting current and future business needs.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


Solution & Platform Architecture : Design scalable and integrated commercial digital platform architectures
Business & Technology Alignment : Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design and enterprise standards
Architecture Governance & Standards : Define architecture principles, integration standards and technology patterns for digital solutions
Technical Advisory & Assurance : Support delivery teams with technical guidance and architecture assurance
Platform Optimisation & Modernisation : Identify opportunities to modernise and optimise digital platforms and integrations.
Security, Performance & Resilience : Ensure security, performance and resilience considerations are embedded into solution designs

Skills:


Enterprise and solution architecture
Systems integration and API design
Cloud and platform technologies
Security and governance awareness
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Technical documentation
Stakeholder engagement
Problem solving and innovation


Experience:


8-12 years' experience in solution or platform architecture
Experience designing customer-facing digital ecosystems
Experience with integrations, APIs and cloud platforms
FMCG or commercial systems experience advantageous


Education:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Architecture certification advantageous
