Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the tracking and monitoring of CEO-led project execution.
Maintain and update project dashboards and reports.
Assist in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth communication and execution across teams.
Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
Update and manage project tracking tools to ensure accurate reflection of progress and deliverables.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership.
Collect & analyse data from op units & functions.
Support governance routines, including the preparation of meeting materials & logistics.
Document key project outcomes, risks and lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or project support roles
Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
