AGRA is recruiting to fill the position of: Policy & State Capability Officer. The Policy & State Capability (PSC) Officer will be responsible for driving AGRAs government and public sector engagement efforts to ensure the successful implementation of the AGRAs Integrated Government Program in the country. Interested candidates should possess a Masters Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Agricultural or Development Economics, project management certification and Project management certification with experience delivering policy and state capability programs with African governments in agriculture or allied sectors.
