Our client is seeking a courteous and physically fit Porter to assist guests with luggage and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries.
Carry, load, and unload guest luggage efficiently.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic orientation of hotel facilities.
Deliver items such as parcels, messages, and room requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area.
Support the front desk team during busy periods.
Ensure prompt response to guest requests.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
