Key performance areas
Lead and manage the full operations of the Curro Foundation's scholarship programme, from learner selection to reporting.
Provide oversight on transformation initiatives (B-BBEE, EE, YES programmes) ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of Project Leads, Administrators, and Interns.
Act as a key liaison with donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
Ensure all projects remain within budget, meet compliance standards, and deliver measurable impact.
Oversee donor and learner-related promotional events and monitor the Foundation's social media presence.
Qualifications, experience and skills
Bachelor degree in Education, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field (postgraduate qualification an advantage).
8 - 12 years progressive work experience in programme or project management, including 3+ years in people management.
Proven experience in scholarship or donor-funded initiatives.
Strong knowledge of B-BBEE and EE compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (non-negotiable); fluency in another South African language highly advantageous.

Willingness to travel nationally and work after hours during peak periods.
