Job Description


As a Portfolio Partner, your primary role is to convert inbound leads into long-term clients by offering tailored investment guidance, managing property portfolios, and representing Wagon Wheel with professionalism and insight.
You will work hand-in-hand with our marketing, CRM, and technical teams to deliver a seamless advisory experience.


Key Responsibilities


Engage and manage leads provided by the company (no cold calls required)
Understand client needs, investment goals, and lifestyle aspirations
Present appropriate property solutions across our portfolio
Advise clients on real estate investment strategy and payment plans
Conduct site tours, virtual presentations, and onboarding sessions
Build trust and maintain relationships for referrals and repeat sales
Track engagement and pipeline progress through CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team on feedback, insights, and campaign improvement


Requirements
Who We're Looking For:


Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence
Previous experience in real estate, finance, sales, or client service (preferred)
Comfortable advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and families
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
Driven by results, but not aggressive — focused on value-based selling.
