Core Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Handling cash withdrawals, deposits, money transfers, and bill payments (airtime, data, utility bills).
Terminal Management: Ensuring the POS machine is powered, connected to the network, and functioning correctly to prevent downtime.
Customer Service: Assisting customers with transactions, addressing transaction errors, and providing a reliable service experience.
Cash Management: Safely managing liquidity, ensuring enough cash is available for withdrawals and that deposits are securely handled.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions for balancing accounts.
Security & Compliance: Adhering to safety standards to prevent fraudulent activities and protect user information.
