Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor and track monthly marketing spend, ensuring budget compliance
Lead the end-to-end PO management Cycle (from creation to invoice reconciliation)
Manage payment cycles to ensure on-time settlement of vendor invoices
Adhoc activities as requested by PPM Manager
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor/master degree or equivalent
2 to 3 years experience working in Finance or Project Management
A Finance degree and experience in FMCG is desirable, but not required
Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in SAP
Good understanding of a P&L
Proactive, diligent and well-organized employee who can interact and communicate with members at all levels
