As the Practice Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the law firm, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, proper documentation, and seamless client service delivery.


Responsibilities


Oversee front desk and administrative operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Manage scheduling, case documentation, compliance records, and client files
Coordinate internal communications and support management reporting
Monitor office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
2 - 4 years of administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Basic accounting knowledge and strong record management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
