We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative and clinical coordination, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, ensuring optimal performance
Manage patient flow, appointments, and service delivery to enhance patient experience
Monitor and manage clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality standards
Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Collaborate with senior management on strategic and operational improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar managerial role (healthcare experience preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial and operational management competence
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
