Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory

Engage CIO/CTO/IT leadership and technical teams to articulate value propositions across telecom and advanced ICT portfolios.
Lead discovery workshops to elicit requirements, constraints, KPIs and success criteria; translate business outcomes into technical designs.
Run whiteboard sessions and executive briefings that connect architecture choices to TCO/ROI and risk reduction.

Solution Design & Architecture

Produce end‑to‑end architectures, HLDs/LLDs, BoQs and Visio diagrams that combine traditional telecom with modern ICT capabilities.
Traditional Telecom: Internet & Data (Fiber, Microwave, IP‑VPN/MPLS), Enterprise Voice (SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX), Mobile enterprise services (APNs, IoT SIMs).
Cloud: IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, private & hybrid cloud, backup/DRaaS, landing zones and migration runbooks.
Cybersecurity: NGFW, IPS/IDS, VPN, SASE/Zero‑Trust, EDR/XDR, email/web security, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability & posture management.
IoT: device connectivity (NB‑IoT/LTE‑M), gateways, telemetry (MQTT/AMQP), edge analytics, IoT platforms and dashboards.
UCC/Contact Center: Teams/Zoom/Webex, SBCs, voice enablement, recording/compliance, omnichannel CCaaS.
Managed Networks: LAN/WLAN/Wi‑Fi 6/6E, NAC, managed firewall, performance monitoring & SLAs.
SD‑WAN: multi‑vendor overlays, underlay design/last‑mile diversity, app‑aware policies, cloud on‑ramps, HA/DR.
Data Center: colocation racks/cages, power/cooling, cross‑connects, inter‑DC resilience, carrier‑neutral peering.
Satellite: LEO back‑up/primary access, VSAT architectures and antenna/power/site considerations.

Sales Enablement & Bid Support

Qualify opportunities with Account Managers; map stakeholders, buying centers and use‑cases.
Lead the technical sections of RFx responses; craft compliant, differentiating proposals and executive summaries.
Contribute to deal pricing and solution TCO models; align commercials to architecture options and SLA tiers.
Deliver internal enablement: playbooks, competitive battlecards, and demo scripts.

Demonstrations, PoCs & Trials

Build and run demos for SD‑WAN, SASE, UCC, Cloud landing zones, monitoring and IoT stacks.
Design proof‑of‑concepts with measurable success criteria; document results and transition to delivery teams.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Act as liaison between customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations and Service Management.
Engage OEM/ISV/Cloud partners for validation, special bid support and roadmap alignment.
Capture voice‑of‑customer and feed into product backlog and service catalogue updates.

Documentation, Governance & Reporting

Maintain reusable HLD/LLD templates, configuration baselines and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, NDPR/GDPR where applicable) and internal design governance.
Provide pipeline/PoC status, win‑loss insights and risk/issue logs.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
4 - 7 years in Presales/Solution Architecture/Network or Systems Engineering within Telco/ISP/SI/Cloud provider environments.
Relevant certifications (nice‑to‑have): CCNA/CCNP, Azure/AWS Architect, Fortinet NSE/Palo Alto PCNSE, SD‑WAN vendor certs, ITIL, Security+.
Telecom fundamentals: IP routing/switching, BGP/OSPF, QoS, MPLS, DWDM/microwave basics.
Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP architectures, VPC/VNet design, IAM, backup/DR, landing zones.
Security: NGFW, VPN, SASE/ZTNA, SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, identity & endpoint security.
SD‑WAN/UCC/Data Center/IoT and Satellite engineering knowledge; ability to compare vendor approaches.
Tooling: Visio/Lucidchart, Wi‑Fi planners, monitoring/APM, scripting basics for demos (e.g., Python/PowerShell).
