Qualifications and experience required:
Appropriate level of secondary qualification.
Computer literacy - MS Office applications.
A valid Code EB driver's licence.
Up to twelve months' relevant experience.
Key attributes and competencies:
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and at least one other official local language.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good administrative and report-writing skills.
Job purpose:
Performing administrative tasks associated with Sales and Administration of housing sites to beneficiaries, providing housing and housing related services to communities, establishing community-based structures with stakeholders, generating reports detailing the status of the housing programme/projects, attending to and/or forwarding disputes, queries/complaints to ensure stability on socio-economic conflicts.
As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
